This report <br /> presents the results of the site monitoring and remedial efforts conducted during the Second Quarter <br /> 2010. Best has retained the services of Earth Management Company(EMC)to conduct quarterly <br /> monitoring,semi-annual sampling activities,and weekly operation and maintenance ofthe soil vapor <br /> extraction(S VE) remediation system. <br /> As requested in the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)letter dated <br /> May 4,2010,Best California Gas Ltd(Best)submitted Groundwater Extraction Pilot Test Workplan <br /> (Pilot Test Workplan)on May 24,2010.
