Station#170 <br /> 1250 Wilson Way <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Mr. Infurna: <br /> This letter is in response to your letter dated May 6, 1999, in;whichi�you specifically addressed to <br /> your previous letter dated February 20, 1998, and asked for all missing items to be submitted. 4 <br /> . <br /> i <br /> In your February 20, 1999 letter, your first item of concern was thel bi-annual reports for the Fall <br /> 1996, Spring 1997, and the Fall 1997, which were not available in your office. These reports <br /> were resubmitted to your office on September 3, 1998. 7 <br /> Item two: The bi-annual sampling events as per your request were'changed back to quarterly <br /> sampling. All monitoring wells have been and are currently being sampled for TPHg, BTEX, <br /> and MTBE as per you direction and following your required detection limits. The monitoring <br /> wells are also being sampled for Oxygenates. <br /> Item three: The sampling event has been adjusted as you requested!having the wells sampled, <br /> laboratory analysis completed, and the report written before the next field event. Also, Mr. <br /> Michael Infurna, Senior R.E.H.S. has been, and is continued to be notified before any and all <br /> field work at this site. '� E <br /> Item four: All monitoring wells and well boxes have been repaired rand inspected by Mr. Michael <br /> Infurna. In your letter dated May 6, 1999, it was stated by Mr. Infurna that all necessary well <br /> head and traffic box repairs were completed to his satisfaction. <br /> Item five: Any previous laboratory sheets, Chain-of-Custody f and other non-tabulated data have j <br /> been eliminated, including any and all laboratory and field status reports report, except for the <br /> current data sheets required for the status report. <br /> Item six: The quarterly monitoring reports contain recommendation and conclusion as per your <br /> request.
