Wilson Way,
Dear Ms. Henson:
Please find enclosed the scope-of-work and field investigative
methods proposed for the above referenced subject site. The
scope of work was provided by Thrifty oil Company as part of a
property lease contract between Thrifty oil Company and Circle
K, Inc. This proposed investigative work is not intended as a
complete site subsurface assessment.
As mentioned above, also enclosed are our proposed drilling and
soil sampling/handling methods. These methods are considered
standard practice and I think you will find them adequate. We
understand that boring permits are required and that inspection
during boring backfilling is mandatory. Please find enclosed
the permit application, fees and release authorization form for
the proposed four 20 foot soil borings. We have scheduled a
drilling time of 8 :00 a.m. on December 29, 1987 with Spectrum
Exploration, Inc. Spectrum informs me that they are on file
with your department with information regarding their C-57
license and workmans compensation insurance.
If you have any questions regarding this project please call me
at (714) 768-2263. Thank you for your time regarding these
matters.
Respectfully submitted,
HYDROTECH CONSULTANTS, INC.
V& E .cMG<- X
Scott L.
