Propane—the size of the largest container was wrongly identified as 7 vs. 8 gallons,the daily maximum <br /> amount was wrongly identified as 28 vs. at least 80 gallons,the storage pressure was wrongly identified <br /> as "below ambient"vs. "above ambient". <br /> • Violation #6,The site map does not show or address the following: <br /> 1. Loading areas. <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Storm and sewer drains. <br /> 4. Evacuation staging area. <br /> 5. Emergency shutoffs. <br /> 6. Access/exit point from the street. <br /> 7. The map is not topographically accurate and does not show the area between the adjacent streets and the <br /> structure (i.e., street entrance, parking area). <br /> ➢ Please, review the attached map guidance documents. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading <br /> areas, internal roads, adjacent streets,storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response <br /> equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". <br /> • Violation #7, Emergency Response/Contingency Plan is not complete. <br /> ■ The submittal does not address 1. Immediate notification of local emergency personnel,the California <br /> State Warning Center, and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). 2. <br /> Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or <br /> 3 <br />
