Propane—the storage temperature is wrongly identified as "above ambient"vs. "ambient". <br /> • Violation #6,The site map does not show or address the following: <br /> 1. Internal roads(see highlighted instruction below= "No Internal Roads" or"Internal Roads N/A"). <br /> 2. Emergency shutoff(s) is/are not clearly marked (the blue box looks like other blue boxes). <br /> 3. Access/exit point from the street is not identified. <br /> 4. Submittal of multiple maps are not numbered (i.e., Map#2 and Map#2). <br />
