SAN J O � � I `II411, Environmental Health Department <br /> C 0 U N 'f y <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> SCHUFF STEEL 2324 NAVY DR, STOCKTON May 30, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In main shop: <br /> -Four black 55 gallon steel drums containing floor sweep were missing hazardous waste labels. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -Fourteen black 55 gallon steel drums containing floor sweep were missing hazardous waste labels. <br /> -One 20 yard bin containing floor sweep was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the accumulation start <br /> date. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily debris was observed with a hazardous waste label where the <br /> contents, physical property, hazardous property, accumulation start date, and the name and address of the <br /> generator were illegible. <br /> -Four black 55 gallon steel drums containing oily debris was observed with hazardous waste labels missing the <br /> hazardous property. <br /> -One back 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil filters was observed with a hazardous waste label where the <br /> contents, physical property, hazardous property, and accumulation start date, and the name and address of the <br /> generator were illegible. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by June 29, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
