<br /> 601 CCR 66262,34(a) Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization .
<br /> One 200 gallon tank containing waste antifreeze was observed with an accumulation start date November 30, 2018,
<br /> Two 56 gallon drums containing used oil filters labeled as hazardous waste were each observed in hazardous waste
<br /> storage area with accumulation start date November 7, 2016.
<br /> Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days,
<br /> immedlately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy
<br /> of the manifest to the EHD.
<br /> This Is a repeat violation, Class II.
<br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(1) Failed to .completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste,
<br /> One empty metal 55 gallon drum and one empty metal container were observed in the hazardous waste storage
<br /> area without an "empty" and date emptied label.
<br /> Containers larger than five galions that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they
<br /> were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied.
<br /> This was corrected onsite.
<br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll .

<br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement
<br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting
<br /> paperwork, by April 4, 20%
