Was the
permit obtained?
- Regarding the silos, the letter from Millie and Severson states that the "silos were inspected and verified by site
personnel to be empty of any residual contents prior to the demolition of the silos." How were the residual
contents managed? If it was handled as hazardous waste, I will need a disposal receipt/manifest. If it was
handled as non-hazardous waste then an Safety Data Sheet for the sodium bicarbonate and hydrated lime
should be provided proving it to be non-hazardous or analytical testing should be performed.
Have a great day,
JASON GAITAN
EHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E.Hazelton Ave.Stockton,CA95205
(209)561-7298
(209)468-9848
From: Ledbetter, Kathleen <kledbetter@Ibarealty.com>
Sent: Wednesday,August 28, 2019 8:30 AM
To: Gaitan,Jason <jgaitan@sigov.org>
Cc:Saeed, Haza <hsaeed@sigov.org>
Subject: RE: EXTERNAL: FW: HMBP Re-Inspection Report for 14800 W SCHULTE RD, TRACY, CA 95377
Good morning Jason,
As promised, attached is the backup from our demo contractor(R&B Construction) and general contractor(Millie&
Severson) regarding the silos at 14800 W.
