The plan review and approval. <br /> should be designed to insure that center lake water <br /> levels never drop below a minimum of five feet <br /> throughout the nesting and young rearing period(May <br /> through August). <br /> Restrict all human activity in the area of South Tracy On-site inspection;notification CDFG/SJCCDD PO <br /> Lake during the Central Valley waterfowl wintering in CC&Rs. Applicant/SJCCDD FM <br /> season (November through April). Once nesting birds <br /> are established on sequestered nest sites in May, <br /> limited use of hiking trails set back as far from the lake <br /> shore as possible may be possible. The final <br /> determination on this point should be included in the <br /> waterfowl management plan. These precautions apply <br /> to the Beaver Pond habitat as well. <br />
