Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> (3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> C. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> (1) All grading authorized by the permit shall be <br /> approved prior , to the issuance of any building <br /> permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> (2) This application requires a discretionary approval <br /> (i.e. , Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . <br /> Therefore, a grading permit will not be issued <br /> until this approval is obtained. <br /> d. The construction site plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. <br /> The spaces shall be located as close as possible to <br /> the primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the at spaces, including the "tow away" sign, <br /> entrance or to be visible from each space (C. C.R. , <br /> Title 24) . <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed one- <br /> quarter inch per foot (C. C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> e. An existing elevation certification is required with all <br /> permit applications for structures located within the <br /> 100-year flood zone. <br /> f. Obtain required permits from the State Department of <br /> Housing .and Community Development for recreational <br /> vehicle sites and accessory buildings. <br /> 5 . SHERIFF ' S DEPARTMENT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The RV park should be supervised at all times with a park <br /> R-91-741 -8 RV-88-26 <br />
