(d) R-M Zone. The Medium Density Residential (R-M) Zone is intended to accommodate <br /> detached single-family dwelling units, mobile homes, and attached units including <br /> duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes in neighborhoods most appropriately situated as <br /> buffers between less and more intensively developed residential areas or as <br /> transitions from residential to commercial areas. The zone is intended to implement <br /> the Medium Density Residential land-use category of the General Plan. <br /> (e) R-MH Zone. The Medium-High Density Residential (R-MH) Zone is intended to allow <br /> for attached housing units such as townhouses and garden apartments in central <br /> portions of urban communities, along major transportation routes, and around major <br /> commercial areas. This zone is intended to implement the Medium-High Density <br /> Residential tand-use category of the General Plan. <br /> (f) R-H Zone. The High Density Residential (R-H) Zone is intended to encompass <br /> housing such as apartments, condominiums, and other multi-family housing units, <br /> located near central business districts, major commercial areas, and major <br /> transportation routes, where hotels and motels may also be appropriate. This zone is <br /> intended to implement the High Density Residential land-use category of the General <br /> Plan. <br /> Section 9-300.2 Orcanization.
