The Department of <br /> Fish and Game Conditions were not available to the applicant prior to the submittal of <br /> these comments to Community Development Department Staff for the August 5, 1993, <br /> Planning Commission hearing. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> Staff Recommended Condition of Approval: <br /> 1. The Planned District Site Plan and proposed Tentative Map shall be redesigned so <br /> that the golf course, stable, and all homesites are located within the hatched area <br /> surrounding North Tracy Lake, as shown in Figures 4.7-15 (attached) of the Final <br /> Environmental Impact Report (Final EIR), excluding the area designated as high <br /> sensitivity for cultural resources as shown on Figure 4.9-3 of the Final EIR <br /> (attached). <br /> Amended Condition of Approval: <br /> Delete this Condition of Approval. <br /> Staff Recommended Condition of Approval: <br /> 4. Groundwater shall not be utilized for water level maintenance in the lakes. <br /> Amended Condition of Approval: <br /> Delete this Condition of Approval. <br /> Staff Recommended Condition of Approval: <br /> 6. The southern access road to the site from David Road across the Mokelumne <br /> River shall be eliminated. <br /> Amended Condition of Approval: ' <br /> Delete this Condition of Approval. <br /> Mitigation 4.8-1 (e) from the final EIR states "Construct a southerly access if the <br /> Woodbridge Fire Protection District is designated as the primary responder." <br />
