If construction concepts or structural loads change from those stated in <br /> this report, or if it is found during construction that subsurface conditions differ from <br /> those described on the boring logs, then the conclusions and recommendations hereabove <br /> shall be considered invalid, unless the changes are reviewed and the conclusions and <br /> recommendations approved in writing. <br /> It is recommended that our firm be accorded the opportunity to review the final plans <br /> and specifications to determine if the recommendations of this report have been <br /> implemented in those documents.
