The purposed excavation of Tracy Lake may encounter ground <br /> water which would trigger waste discharge requirements <br /> from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board. <br /> Geology & Soils <br /> .2 . Environmental Health Division needs to know the existing <br /> levels of nitrates in the ground water, depth to first <br /> water and soil porosity to determine if a nitrate loading <br /> study will be required or not. <br /> 3 .
