BUCKEYE RANCH EIR - AMENDED MITIGATION MONITORING PLAN - PAGE 5 (July 27, 1993) <br /> Mitigation Measure Monitoring Requirements Person/Agency Responsible Timing or Frequency of Monitoring <br /> HOMEOWNERS'ASSOCIATION AND DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br /> A Homeowner's Association will be formed to administer the Form homeowners association and design SJCCDD PO <br /> maintenance program for the open space, common areas, review board <br /> private streets and access easements.It is anticipated that the <br /> natural areas will be jointly administered by the homeowner's <br /> administration and a nature group. The nature group will also <br /> have input into management practices outside the natural zone <br /> which influence the natural zone. Under the auspices of the <br /> association,a design review board,consistingof the chairperson <br /> and an architect,will review and approve the exterior design of <br /> all new construction and remodeling projects. <br /> IMPACTS ON WINTERING WATERFOWL <br /> SJCCDD FM <br /> > Planting riparian trees along the fringes of the lake, Prepare planting plan <br /> especially in the spaces between houses. This vegetation <br /> will provide screening to lessen the impact of human <br /> presence.
