BUCKEYE RANCH EIR - AMENDED MITIGATION MONITORING PLAN - PAGE 9 (July 27, 1993) <br /> Mitigation Measure Monitoring Requirements Person/Agency Responsible Timing or Frequency of Monitoring <br /> farmland for foraging birds, and reproductive needs of the <br /> species,will be highlighted. <br /> 15) Monitoringwill be based upon vegetation responseto restoration <br /> activities and the hawk's continued use of the property. The <br /> seasonal activities of Swainson's hawk will be monitored by <br /> qualified observers to detail activities of the species on the <br /> property. Monitoring will begin on 10 March and will end on 1 <br /> October, the main period when hawks are present.
