The proposal responds to your memorandum of January 18, 1991. <br /> Jones & Stokes Associates has experience managing and producing multidisciplinary <br /> reports that provide expert scientific analyses for major projects such as the Buckeye Ranch. <br /> To supplement our in-house capabilities, we have obtained the services of Kleinfelder <br /> (septic suitability analyses) and Peak & Associates (cultural resources). Each of these firms <br /> has a first-rate reputation in its field of expertise. <br /> As you review the enclosed information, please keep in mind the following: <br /> ■ Jones & Stokes Associates has substantial experience preparing environmental <br /> assessments for major projects that may be considered controversial. Our team <br /> leaders, Ron Bass and Kim Smith, have both worked on controversial projects <br /> that required detailed and precise analysis of impacts and accurate, detailed <br /> presentations of mitigation measures. <br />
