Any <br /> environmental or planning comments should be received in this office no later than July 9, 1993. If no <br /> comments are received by this date, we will assume that you have no opinion and/or recommendation <br /> on the project. <br /> SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: Environmental Impact Report No. ER-91-2 is available for review <br /> in the Development Services Division office.
