Planning Studies. Prepared sphere of influence studies for the Cities of <br /> Colusa and Williams and authored the Interstate 5 corridor study for Colusa <br /> County. Gathered and analyzed data to prepare the Stonyford-Lodoga Area <br /> Plan and EIR in northwestern Colusa County. Assisted in the data gathering <br /> and analysis of the Long Valley Area Plan and EIR, and the Benton-Hammil- <br /> Chalfant Area Plans and EIRs for Mono County. <br /> Public Participation Activities.
