Department of Transportation, U.S. Forest Service, and the Native American <br /> Heritage Commission) cultural resource management efforts. Coordinated with the <br /> Office of Historic Preservation in preparing a draft programmatic agreement for the <br /> management of tin can scatters, helped develop programs to facilitate Native <br /> American use of public lands, and performed research and reported on cultural <br /> resources managed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Reviewed, <br /> edited, and commented on environmental documents as part of complying with the <br /> National Environmental Policy Act. <br /> For the Bakersfield district, conducted archeological surveys and excavations, <br /> prepared reports, monitored sites, and reviewed documents for the district and two <br /> resource areas. Prepared a historical and archeological review of previously recorded <br /> resources for the Carrizo Natural Heritage Preserve. As part of a cooperative <br /> agreement with the University of California, Santa Barbara, prepared a report on the <br /> history of Point Sal for an archeological study on the coast west of Santa Maria. <br /> Theodoratus Cultural Research, Fair Oaks, California. Researcher. Collected and <br /> analyzed ethnographic, historical, and archeological data and prepared technical <br /> reports for several large projects in the southern Sierra Nevada and in the north- <br /> central Sacramento Valley. These projects primarily assessed the impacts of <br /> hydroelectric development on the existing environment. Specific experience includes <br /> ethnographic and historic interview, archival research, analysis of data, and the <br /> preparation of historic and ethnographic reports. <br /> Archaeological Study Center,California State University,Sacramento. Archeologist. <br /> Directed small surveys, conducted historical research, and prepared written reports. <br />
