b. The method of sewage disposal will be determined by the soil suitability study, either <br /> #1 Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. The plans must be designed by a <br /> Registered Engineer (San Joaquin County Development title Section 9-1105.2). <br /> Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article <br /> 5, Section 13280). <br /> #2 Construction of individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). The sewage <br /> disposal area for each parcel must be shown on the final subdivision improvement <br /> plans. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.3). Each well location must be shown on the <br /> final subdivision improvement plans. The Environmental Health Division recommends <br /> that this development be served by a public water system in lieu of individual private <br /> wells. <br />
