Limited Partnership project.
Assistant Superintendent A Twenty Year Facilities Master Plan prepared for our District
JEFF JENNINGS found that:
1. The district's enrollment exceeds school capacity;
consequently, additional school facilities will be needed
for enrollment growth generated by new residential
development.
2 . Residential development is generating enrollment growth in
the District. New single family homes in the District are
yielding 0.55 K-8 students and 0.23 9-12 students per new
home.
3 . The approval of this development project will generate
enrollment growth for which additional school facilities
will be needed.
4. The District has imposed AB2926 developer fees at the
maximum rate and has pursued all other revenue sources for
capital facilities. Developer fees and other capital
revenue sources are not sufficient to finance the
facilities that are needed for enrollments from new
residential development.
S.
