Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(@_sigov.org to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps (UDCs) <br /> b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers <br /> c. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure <br /> that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code <br /> of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall be <br /> printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made <br /> available at the time of EHD inspection. <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br /> issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by <br /> the State Water Board <br /> b. Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid, current California UST Service Technician <br /> certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC) <br /> c. Possesses a valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced <br /> 1868 E.
