Wilson Way <br /> in the City of Stockton, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD). The plan is a <br /> proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site <br /> due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks { <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has 'made a determination that i <br /> the plan is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations <br /> and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental <br /> impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the <br /> contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for publics review at the PHS/EHD, <br /> 445 N.
