QUARTERLY MONITORING REPORT <br /> SECOND QUARTER 1991 <br /> COCA-COLA ENTERPRISES DISTRIBUTION FACILITY <br /> STOCKTON,CALIFORNIA <br /> USTEC JOB NO.90059.03 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> U.S.Technical Environmental Consulting,Inc. (USTEC)has completed the second quarter 1991 <br /> r quarterly groundwater monitoring at the Coca-Cola Enterprises - West distribution facility <br /> e located at 1100 North Wilson Way,Stockton,California(Figure 1). This monitoring program was <br /> i authorized by Mr. Steve McConnell, Division Manager, Occupational/Environmental Safety, <br /> - Coca-Cola Enterprises - West (CCE-W). <br /> This is the third report in the quarterly groundwater monitoring program,initiated in December <br /> 1990. The monii-toring program was recommended after groundwater contamination was found <br /> �t to be present during site assessment activities. The assessment activities are summarized in <br /> USTEC's November 1990 report titled"Contamination Assessment Report,Coca-Cola Enerprises- <br /> West, Stockton, California". The purpose of the assessment is to monitor the organic <br /> f <br /> hydrocarbon fuel constituents in the groundwater beneath the site and to assess the possible <br /> migration path of these constituents throughout the site. This report documents USTEC's <br /> observations, field procedures, analytical methods, results and conclusions, field procedures, <br /> j analytical methods,results and conclusions of groundwater monitoring completed in the second <br /> quarter,1991. <br /> i <br /> 2.0 GROUNDWATER ELEVATION MEASUREMENT PROCEDURES AND RESULTS <br /> This section describes the groundwater elevation measurements and resulting data. <br /> 2.1 GROUNDWATER ELEVATION MEASUREMENT PROCEDURES <br /> The groundwater monitoring activities were performed by USTEC personnel on May 22, 1991. <br /> The monitoring procedures measured the static groundwater elevation and sampled the <br /> r <br />
