The groundwater monitoring activities were performed by USTEC personnel on March 18 and <br /> ` 19, 1991. The monitoring procedures consisted of measuring the static groundwater elevation <br /> and sampling the groundwater at each of six existing groundwater monitoring wells located at <br /> the site.
