Jason, This 180 gallons came from the existing Diesel Tanks onsite that are the property of Valley Pacific Petroleum Services. As you may recall I called and asked a question a few weeks back regarding fuel tanks removal at Central Valley Compost. We had learned that the tanks were not part of the Harvest Power Asset Transfer and that the tanks onsite were actually the property of Valley Pacific Petroleum Services.Valley Pacific Petroleum Services intends to reclaim their Tanks and return them to their inventory.There was residual diesel in these tanks and we combined the removal of the diesel in the barrel and the removal of the diesel that remained in the Valley Pacific Petroleum Tanks into one pick-up event. After review I have closed violation 102, 301, and 406.There are currently no open hazardous waste violations. Before I submit all information to my supervisor for review. I have one additional question: -On the hazardous waste manifest it states that 180 gallons of waste diesel and 50 Gallons of waste diesel were removed from CVC. Where did the 180 gallons come from? i
