Jason, In response to your questions: Violation 102: Attached is the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest provided by World Oil at the time of Pickup. This waste diesel was sent to World Oil Recycling in Compton. Violation 301: I have attached the Hazardous Waste Label that was printed and placed to this email for your review. Violation 406: At this time CVC plans to continue to utilize the containers for trash. Please let me know if you need anything else. I have reviewed the response and the photos. I have additional questions regarding the violations. Violation 102:The response stated that CVC identified the contents of the 55-gallon drum to be waste diesel fuel. It stated the waste diesel fuel was transferred to totes and removed for disposal on July 15th 2020. Can you provide disposal receipt for the waste diesel fuel and/or provide where the waste diesel fuel was transferred to? 1
