3 Please I Environmental Site Assessment k City of Stockton Multi-Modal Station/Shopping Center Page 33 Table 9 Site Reconnaissance APN # Situs Address Site Description/Owner Occupant Interview 139-270-10 145 N Grant Street (730 Former Stockton Metropolitan Transit District facility This property E Channel Street) was inspected from the sidewalk as the owner did not grant site access The building appears to be of brick masonry construction Two or three a vertical pipes, possible tank vents,are near the building 139-270-11 729 E Weber Avenue Mexico Tire Shop The building is constructed of brick masonry The present occupant has operated the tire shop for I I years Prior use of the property was as a used car lot and mechanic shop The ground surface is g` covered by cracked concrete There is a six-foot deep pit approximately 15' by 20' that is covered with plywood inside the building The 3 occupant stated that the pit is used for storage The pit was not s inspected There are I-beams and a mechanical hoist inside the building that may have been used for removing engines from vehicles in the past There is a relatively new air compressor in the shop with no indications of oil leakage One 12"round drain that drains to the street is located in the middle of the driveway Three aligned square dram covers on the property,approximately 2' by 2',may have been part of a car wash rack The occupant has no knowledge of a prior car wash rack on the property 139-280-01 144 N Grant Street This is a single-family residence that was not inspected There was a large pile of trash ui the side yard 139-280-04 836 E Channel Street This property is used as storage for Weber Auto Body A concrete block building is used as a residence by security personnel Six 55-gallon drums are located on the property Five drums appear to be empty The r i sixth drum is full,probably with used oil as oil coats the top and part of i the side of the drum Autos are stored on the property Two auto batteries are sitting on the drums 139-280-05 836 E Channel Street This is the second of two parcels that have the same address See i comments above 139-280-06 147 N Aurora Street All Am Ar Store A two story brick masonry building The first floor exterior is covered with stucco The interior has a the floor and wood walls and ceiling The store is on the first floor The second floor is a residence and was not entered There are paint cans and motor oil cans in the fenced area behind the building The fenced area was not entered 139-280-07 843 E Weber Avenue Weber Auto Body Shop The main building is constructed of concrete block with a redwood roof A smaller block building on the property is used for auto storage There is a two-stage oil-water separator at the front of the property The floor drains inside the building have been plugged to prevent water from flowing into the drain system There is a t paint booth for painting autos Paint and solvents are stored on the property Three auto batteries were observed on the property Autos are washed outside the buildings 139-280-08 829 E Weber Avenue Smith's Body Shop A brick masonry structure with wood beams on the ceiling and a concrete floor The building houses a paint booth and a maintenance pit The roof drams to the street 139-280-09 815 E Weber Avenue Jim's Auto Repair A brick masonry structure with a wood ceiling and concrete floor Auto batteries are located in the building There is a large roll-up door at the back of the building s h ;� CONDOR
