There are some requirements that the employee must meet to insure that <br />his wage increases are on a timely basis and also some incentives for the full time <br />employees to increase there wage: <br />Incentives for fi.111 time employees, <br />If an employee in combination has six or less unscheduled late starts or early leaves in a 6 <br />month tier. a $. 10 a hour increase will be added to that schedule wage increase- Any <br />scheduled late starts or early leaves has to be in writing and approved on your time card <br />by Leo. Leo will now be approving and initial the time cards for this. A scheduled late <br />start or early leave is a written notice that is in the offlice at least five days in advance. <br />PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR DAILY ESTABLISHED START <br />AND STOP TIM. <br />Timely Tiers: <br />If you have seven to nine late starts or early leaves your increase in pay for the next tier <br />will be delayed one month- If you have more then ten to twelve late starts or early leaves <br />your increasewillbe delayed 2 month-, and if you have thirteen or more late starts or <br />early leaves your wage increase will be delayed three months before you get your <br />increase. This will repeat for the following tier- Please make sure you know your start <br />and stop times. <br />Overtime" <br />Any overtime for any and all employees has to be pre -approved by Leo. This has to be <br />done on a case by case or day by day situation. Leo will have a overtime hour calendar <br />which he will make a not and approve. If overtime is required please make sure Leo <br />has filled in the overtime calendar and has initialed your time card to insure proper <br />pay. <br />Time Clock: <br />All employees (shop and office will now be required touse the time clock to record you <br />time at work. <br />
