L <br />19,0S*ITANLEY <br />ELECTRIC MOTOR COMPANY, INC. <br />Re: EHD Hazardous Waste Inspection Return to Compliance Statement <br />October 22, 2013 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />Attn: Jeffrey Wong <br />Regarding Class II violations 108/301, the sandblaster particles on the floor next to the <br />sandblaster have been swept up and returned to the waste discharge collection tray of the <br />machine. This will be completed regularly to prevent the release of hazardous waste to the <br />environment. <br />The white absorbent under the hydraulic horizontal press by the south entrance to the shop will <br />continue to be replaced as necessary. In accordance with 22 CCR 66262.34 (b)(1), sandblaster <br />waste and used absorbent will not be stored on site for an excess of 90 days once 100 kilograms <br />(220 pounds) of material has been accumulated. Used absorbent will be disposed of as hazardous <br />waste at the San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste Facility located at 7850 R.A. Bridgeford St. <br />Stockton, CA 95206.
