Page 4 of 4 <br />'_SPONSE: <br />Site -staff has determined the current fuel -facility has the "re -filtering" capability <br />cessary to allow the return of the unfiltered fuel back into the existing 10,000 gallon <br />ik after it flows through the filtering system. By filtering and returning that fuel back to <br />storage tanks, there will no need to store this unfiltered fuel in the future. <br />Existing unfiltered fuel in the 55 gallon drum will be run through the filter and returned <br />the existing 10,000 gallon tank. <br />The empty 55 gallon steel drum formerly containing the unfiltered will then removed <br />im the site as it is no longer needed. Removal and proper disposal of the 55 -gallon <br />;el drum will occur no later than Thursday September 23, 2010. <br />Note: <br />Unable to determine the amount of waste generated in 2009 due to a lack of available <br />disposal records. <br />RESPONSE: <br />1.
