This <br />information was required to be submitted by July 1, 2012. In a meeting at this office on July 2, 2012, you stated in <br />writing that you will be disposing the (used) oil of violation # 122 and 125, and the oil absorbent of violation #301 of <br />the above inspection report, by July 21, 2012. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant <br />status for this facility. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations. <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this letter, is billed at the <br />current hourly rate ($125).
