<br />This is a report of the "follow-up" hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San
<br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) billable at current EHD hourly rate. The
<br />following are Class 11 (Repeat) violations: 101,122,125,127,128,301,605,606,701,703
<br />101. (This violation was previously identified in the June 20, 2011 routine hazardous waste inspection)
<br />This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste
<br />generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without
<br />an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit
<br />evidence to the EHD by July 1, 2012. A form has been provided.
<br />122 & 125. (This violation was previously identified in the June 20, 2011 routine hazardous waste
<br />inspection) Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used oil were not found on site. Hazardous
<br />waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts
<br />used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for
<br />review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on
<br />site, and submit copies to the EHD by July 1, 2012. (Also see Item #605 & 701 below)
<br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
