Site inspection to verify closure. <br /> OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br /> Attempted an inspection at the facility. The front gate was locked. The outside of the facility was <br /> observed through the fencing from a neighboring facility parking lot. Eight black steel drums were <br /> observed on the west side of the building. Three of the drums were open, with solids observable at <br /> the top. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Additional verifications are required in order to inactivate this facility in the EHD database.
