Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. <br />Immediately stop recycling metal fines, make a hazardous waste determination for the this waste, and manage it <br />according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous <br />waste if the metal is determined to be a hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br />explaining how this waste was managed. <br />The waste glue and glue drips in the facility are being managed as non -hazardous waste. However, the spilled glue <br />is being rinsed into a containment pit and the pit water is being managed as hazardous waste. Any person who <br />generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately stop disposal of waste glue as <br />non -hazardous waste, make a hazardous waste determination for the glue waste, and manage it according the Title <br />22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was <br />managed. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />104 <br />CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan. <br />An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least one <br />emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following information <br />must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br />extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, unless <br />the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the required information by a <br />phone. A form is provided that can be used for this purpose. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />109 <br />CCR 66262.23(x)(4) Failed to send generator manifest copies to DTSC within 30 days. <br />Generator copies of manifest number 005328995SKS (2/29/16) was not sent to DTSC within 30 days of shipment of <br />hazardous waste. The generator manifest copy shall be submitted to DTSC for every shipment on a manifest when <br />California is either the generator state or the destination or consignment state. The generator manifest copy shall be <br />mailed to: <br />DTSC Generator Manifests <br />P.O.
