I have <br />itemized each issue and what actions were taken. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or follow up. <br />will be out of the office on Monday June 4t", then back again on Tuesday the 5t" if you need to get a hold of me. <br />Code 108 <br />All wastes found by inspector from the two reform grinders were non -hazardous and disposed of. The 5 gallon bucket in <br />the back alley held collected rain water and were disposed of properly. The metal shavings under the grinder have been <br />cleaned up and disposed of. The sumps are no longer used, there was some groundwater that has evaporated. <br />Code 122 & 125 <br />Only one manifest was found for 2011. We did have waste oil removed from the facility. Manifest faxed to EHD. <br />Code 127 <br />We have not disposed of any lead acid batteries from this facility in the last three years. No manifests have been <br />necessary. <br />Code 128 <br />Used oil filters were last disposed of on 7/20/2010. Manifest faxed to EHD. <br />Code 301 <br />Broken fluorescent lamps in the alley have been cleaned up and disposed of properly. Receipt from HW facility attached. <br />Code 605 & 701 <br />Hazardous waste containers for used oil are now labeled properly. Photo attached. <br />Code 611 <br />The fluorescent lamps and the CRT monitors have been taken to the Small Business Hazardous Waste facility.
