Weber Ave., Third Floor <br />Stockton, CA 95202-2708 <br />RE: Wilbur Ellis Co., 13771 Prescott Rd., Manteca <br />Certification of Return to Compliance <br />Dear Mr. Von Flue <br />• <br />Pursuant to your recent inspection, Wilbur Ellis Co. has completed the activities <br />necessary to return to compliance as stated in the Unified Program Hazardous Waste <br />Inspection Report dated May 21, 2004. <br />As part of the Certification of Return to Compliance, I have included photographs <br />showing the hazardous wastes identified in your report over -packed and ready for <br />transportation. I have also included copies of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests <br />utilized to transport the material to the disposal facility. <br />As we discussed during the inspection, this facility was destined to become surplus <br />property. However, those plans have changed, and we now have plans to return the <br />facility to full operation by September 1, 2004.
