Minor -Notice to Comply: 7, 8, 11, 15, 23, 60, <br />63. Corrected on site: 52 <br />#7 1 observed a an electronic fax, printer, copier, tv, air conditioning unit, and two burnt out fluorescent <br />tubes. A title 22 hazardous waste determination has not been made for these items. Correct immediately <br />by making a title 22 hazardous waste determination and then manage it properly. <br />#8 This business does not have an EPA ID#. Correct immediately by obtaining an EPA ID# from the <br />Department of Toxic Substances Control. Submit a copy of this business's active EPA ID# to this office <br />by 7-4-10. <br />#11 1 observed a sheen on the liquid in the secondary containment for the diesel and gasoline above <br />ground storage tanks. The facility must be maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br />Correct immediately by cleaning up any spilled fuel and dispose of properly. Submit a copy of the <br />disposal manifest to this office by 7-4-10. <br />#15 1 observed that the secondary containment for the diesel and gasoline above ground storage tanks <br />had liquid that appeared to be approximately one foot deep. It also looks like a lot of algae is growing in <br />this liquid. Facility must maintain the spill control equipment. Correct immediately by maintaining the <br />secondary containment spill control equipment to function properly in case of emergency. <br />#23 1 did not observe the disposal records for drained used filters. Businesses must retain bill of lading <br />for drained used filters for three years. Correct immediately. Submit copy of the disposal records for the <br />used filters from the last three years to this office by 7-4-10. <br />#60 & 63 1 did not observe any disposal records for hazardous waste. Businesses must retain disposal <br />manifests for three years. Correct immediately.
