Broadway, Stockton <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br />Comply: #7,20/50,23,30,50,52,60,61,62,63,79,83,84 <br />7. One 5 -gallon bucket of unknown oily liquid by the air compression outside the office requires <br />hazardous waste determination. <br />-- Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and managing the waste <br />accordingly. <br />* Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above waste and manage accordingly, <br />or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title <br />22. Submit statement and evidence how this waste was managed by July 25, 2011. <br />20 & 50. One 55 -gallon container of mop water has no hazardous waste label. <br />-- All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />* Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information. Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a <br />licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the <br />manifest to the EHD by July 25, 2011. <br />23. One 55 -gallon container of drained used oil filters had no accumulation start date. <br />-- Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," <br />and marked with an accumulation start date. <br />* Immediately dispose above used oil filters and submit evidence of correction to the EHD by July 25, <br />2011, and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br />30. Six empty hazardous material 55 -gallon containers had no accumulation start date. <br />-- Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the <br />date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. <br />* Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($122). <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION 4T ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD I <br />R <br />_71- <br />Title: <br />EHD 2302-003 Rev 8/10/10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
