Weber Ave. <br />Stockton, Ca 95202 <br />Dear Alison Youngblood, <br />On November 3, 2000 you conducted a inspection at our facility at which you found a <br />few violations. <br />Violations <br />#20 Failed to properly label hazardous waste. <br />#31 Failed to maintain copy of manifest bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries. <br />#75 (a) Drum of used oil filters is not label with a begin and maintained by label. <br />(b) Drum of used oil filters does not have a lid. <br />(c) Waste may only be stored on site for 180 days and the last receipt you found <br />was 12/21/99. <br />Complied with Violation <br />Complied 1 on • - •- • 2000. Purchased labels from <br />WWGrainger and labeled all containers. <br />Complied with #75 (b) on November 17, 2000. Evergreen Environmental Services <br />dropped a lid off for our filter drum. <br />Complied with #75 (c) on November 6, 2000. 1 looked back through our invoices and <br />found a receipt from June 26, 2000 for our oil being picked up and June 7, 2000 for <br />our oil filters being picked up.
