California Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95203 <br /> NOTICE TO ABATE IMMEDIATELY <br /> A hazardous waste inspection at the above noted address has revealed that you are <br /> responsible for a hazardous waste violation(s) (California Health and Safety Code, Division 20; <br /> Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Division 4.5). The nature of the violation(s) are listed <br /> below. <br /> Inspections conducted on February 9, 2011 and March 31, 2011 found a 55 gallon blue steel <br /> drum behind the facility(photos are attached). A complete closure inspection could not be <br /> conducted, so it could not be determined if the hazardous wastes have been removed from the <br /> facility. <br /> According to county records, this business ceased operations in August 2010. Immediately <br /> contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to promptly remove any hazardous waste remaining <br /> at the facility to an approved hazardous waste facility under manifest. <br /> All violations shall be corrected within thirty (30) days.
