• Print a copy of a currentMpociate contact list and distribute toA& management team. <br />• Relocate important HR, L Mccident reports, and firearms records ( ere applicable) to a <br />secure location. <br />• Elevate office equipment, CCTV, POS Equipment, Servers and other electrical equipment to <br />counter level and cover with plastic sheeting. <br />• Based on time, the evacuation of merchandise out of unit to prevent the loss of goods or move <br />merchandise to locations with a higher elevation in a coordinated effort with the support center <br />transportation team. <br />Parking lot Preparation: <br />• Move shopping carts inside building (where applicable). <br />• Move product inside building. <br />• Ensure all drains are clean and free of debris, including loading dock and compactor areas. <br />Physical Security <br />• Coordinate the shut off of the following utilities with the QMT, Facilities or Maintenance <br />contact: <br />> Main Electrical Panel <br />➢ Main Water Riser/Intake Valve <br />➢ Main Gas Line <br />• Activate Burglar Alarm when evacuating the unit. <br />• Follow any established shut down procedures. <br />Elevators (where applicable) <br />When flooding is anticipated, move elevator(s) to the top most floor before shutting them off. <br />Facilities <br />• Inspect and clear drains. <br />• Address identified water leaks in the stores. <br />Emergency Equipment Shutdown Procedures <br />• PRIOR to powering off equipment CONTACT THE SHC HELP DESK AT (800) 998-1500. <br />They will walk you through the orderly shut down process. <br />• Once contacted, the Help Desk will: <br />➢ Open a ticket on the issue. <br />➢ Walk through an orderly shutdown of all servers, routers, and MDF & IDF cabinets in the <br />store and detached Auto Center (NOTE: The UPS backup power unit should remain ON). <br />➢ Provide direction on disconnecting power to the Blue Rack. <br />9 Document all equipment shut off in the open ticket. <br />> Advise you to protect all computer room equipment by covering the pieces in plastic drop <br />cloth. <br />During the Event <br />• Take immediate precautions.
