Ventilate if possible. Notify emergency services <br />and/or gas company. Once gas has been turned off, it must be turned on by a HVAC professional. <br />• Check for electrical system, sewage and water lines damage <br />• Never step in water to get to an electrical source <br />Notify <br />1. District Manager, District Facilities Manager, LP District Manager and Crisis Manager <br />2. Complete the preliminary Damage Assessment Report and fax to the District Manager <br />3. Notify the SHC Incident Reporting Center at 1-800-727-0121 (24 hour service) <br />4. Comply with directives issued by authorized emergency agencies <br />5. Contact the SHC Environmental Helpline at 1-888-368-7327 for environmental issues <br />6. Contact 1-800-424-4732 to obtain Crisis Counseling <br />7. Contact your Region LP Manager to obtain emergency guard services <br />Report all damage to SHC property greater than $500 (building, merchandise, furniture, fixtures, and <br />equipment) by calling SHC Incident Reporting Center at 1-800-727-0121.
