Copies are
being maintained in our office. (copies included)
Violation#108: We tested the liquid in the 55 gallon drum that was in the southwest corner of
our yard and found it to be rain water. We put the water into our wastewater treatment system
that is connected to the city sewer.
We use very little absorbent on spills, and when we do, it's only for non-hazardous materials.
All spills are typically washed into our drains that lead to our treatment tank.
Violation 305:The spill containment pallet has been washed and is now clean. The wash water
was put through our treatment system. The four drums have been
properly labeled and I have started the process with Waste Management to have them hauled
to the appropriate waste facility for disposal.
