4. Basic knowledge of the regulations and limits governing the regulations for <br />wastestream type being discharged. <br />5. Proper safety procedures. <br />6. Basic knowledge of hazardous waste labeling and storage. <br />Documentation of all training and education provided shall be kept and made available to the <br />City. <br />26. The terms and conditions of this permit may be subject to modification by the City of <br />Stockton during the term of this permit as limitations or requirements are identified or other <br />just cause. The permittee shall be informed of any proposed changes at least 30 days prior <br />to the effective date of change. Compliance with any changes or new conditions in this <br />permit shall be concluded within 90 days following the effective date of change. <br />27. If any provision if this permit or the application to any person or circumstances is held <br />invalid, the remainder of this permit or the application of such provisions to other persons <br />or other circumstances shall not be affected. <br />28. The remedies provided for in this permit shall be cumulative and not exclusive, and shall I& <br />in addition to any and all other remedies available to the City. <br />
