An example of rotating days for once per week would be Monday of the first week, Tuesday of the second week, Wednesday of the third week, etc. PH will be reported by exception on a monthly basis. Exception reporting means the number of minutes that the pH is above 10 or below S. The pH meter must be standardized with 4,7 &10 pH buffer solutions at least once each day. The technician performing the calibration will record the date and time on the chart and initial the entry. It is best to keep a daily found as, left as pH standardization log for the 4, 7,10 standardization data. The monthly reports will also indicate the time, date and place, of sampling, persons responsible for collection and handling of the sample including all chain of custody reports, methods of analysis, date of analysis, sample analysis results including quality control results for the analysis and shall certify that such sampling and analysis is representative of the expected pollutants discharged to the sewer. Should the Permittee monitor for any pollutants more frequently than required by this permit, including, but not limited to, spills, site remediation work, stormwater, internal treatment system audits, or treatment operational testing the results from those monitoring events shall also be included in the monthly report. Should any monitoring by the Permittee indicate a violation with any part or condition of this permit, Unifirst must notify the Environmental Control Section within 24 hours of becoming aware of the violation. Any instances of failure to report by the Permittee may result in the assessment of maximum fines allowed under Stockton Municipal Code. The monthly reports and any compliance reports required by this permit shall contain the following certification statement signed by an authorized representative: "I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing violations." The Permittee shall perform the QAQC according to the City of Stockton, Department of Municipal Utilities, Quality Assurance Manual for Self -Monitored Industries in conjunction with Permittee Self -Monitoring Sample Program. The Permittee shall have all flow and pH monitoring equipment calibrated by a certified technician at least once every 6 months. All documentation relating to monitoring equipment calibration or maintenance shall be included in the monthly report for which the work was performed.
