UnOrst <br /> �—Ll!g <br /> 819 N.Hunter Street <br /> Stockton,CA 95202 09/28/2018 <br /> Dear Garrett Backus, <br /> In response to the inspection on 9-10-2018 we have made the following corrections: <br /> • Item #605 CCR 66262.34(f)Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks <br /> of hazardous waste:we purchased the correct hazardous waste labels and made a <br /> copy of one that has all of the correct info that needs to be on the label for the <br /> Hazardous waste we have on site also instructed the appropriate personal on how to <br /> affix the label to the container. <br /> • Item #202 HSC 25201.5(d)Failed to keep adequate written operating instructions <br /> for a treatment unit: We supplied a set of O&M manuals for the treatment unit. <br /> • Item HSC25201.5(d)Failed to maintain a treatment system inspection program and <br /> log of inspections: We created an Bi Annual inspection log that includes the Double <br /> trench, pit tanks,shaker,PH adjustment tanks,DAF equipment and filter press. <br /> • Item#302 HSC 25144.6 Failed to comply with laundering reusable soiled textile <br /> materials requirements: Correcting Items#202 and 203 will bring us into <br /> compliance with Item 302. <br />
