Keep a copy on site and provide a copy to the SJCEHD. <br />Prepare and maintain written operating instructions for the wastewater treatment system. Keep a copy on site, train <br />relevant staff on the instructions and provide a copy to the SJCEHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Wastes generated by this facility: Wastewater from industrial laundry services. The wastewater is pH adjusted, <br />treated with bentonite clay / effluent care coagulant and processed through a filter press. The filter press generates <br />non RCRA hazardous waste filter cake due to toxicity.
