Hunter Street <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />ZIP <br />_ PERMIT CONDITIONS - <br />Unifirst Corporation has been classified by the City of Stockton as a "Significant Industrial User", 40 CFR 403.3. <br />-Industrial Laundry Facility <br />PERMITEE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS: <br />FLOW: 2,250,000 GALLONS PER MONTH <br />BOD: 10,816 POUNDS PER MONTH <br />TSS: 4,439 POUNDS PER MONTH <br />-Permittee shall perform the attached Self -Monitoring Sample Program <br />-Permitee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of the Stockton Municipal Code, <br />including section 13.08.250 Specific Pollutant Limitations. <br />-Permitee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of all applicable local, state, and <br />federal regulations, including subtitles C and D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and 40 CFR <br />Parts 260 through 271. <br />-Permitee shall full comply with all additional Permit Conditions attached. <br />The above named shall report to the City of Stockton Regional Wastewater Control <br />Facility, any change, (permanent or temporary) to the premise or operation that <br />significantly change the quality or volume of the wastewater discharge or dviate from <br />the terms and conditions under which this permit is granted. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE June 1, 2013 EXPIRATION DATE May 1, 018 <br />ATED <br />&1-418:14, <br />
